This game is really nothing special. It's just like playing a really old first person shooter such as Doom or Duke Nukem 3D except with a middle east theme.
There doesn't seem to be any sound either, at least on my machine. I guess if you set your expectations really low you might be able to look past that and get some mild enjoyment out of it.
Personally I was bored of it as soon as I started playing it, but I gave it a chance anyway.
It uses an old commercial game engine from 3D Realms (the one used for Duke Nukem 3D) which is suspecious to say the least. That's probably part of the reason why (actually probably the only reason) you won't find this in many other places on the net.
